These materials came from a 2 month old garage 5.3m x 3.6m that had to be knocked down on new owners request.
Materials are close to new, roller door hadn't even had all the plastic removed from it yet as shown in picture. Care was taken not to do too much damage to the materials while demolishing, wood DOES have nails. Corrugated iron sheets great condition with 2 to 4 holes in each where the screws where. double glazed window also included as seen in pictures. All materials used to build this garage have been saved except for the door jam and wall sheets. If you know what your doing you could rebuild this garage with very little extra wood/materials or use it to save $$$ on your other projects.
